Nexen invites the community to see the process of abandoning a sour gas well in the Martindale Community. These lands will then be available for development for a much needed High school and Recreation center with Library and community facility. Alderman Larocque is joined with North East Community members at the Martindale Sour Gas Well abandonment by Nexen to allow for the North East of Centre of Community project, along with a Library and future High School. Nexen shows community members the ari monitoring trucks used to ensure safety is a priority when abandoning the well.
