Alderman Helene Larocque reads to the children during the Village Square Library Remodeling Celebration. She is a strong proponent of ensuring encouraging children to read. She is particularly looking forward to the new North of McKnight Library opening in partnership with the NE Centre of Community for which she had been advocating for in Ward 3.
