Vista Grand Housing Development will have 41 affordable housing units in the Community of Vista Heights, one of the communities Alderman Helene Larocque represents. With Calgary’s economy booming this housing development will offer a solution for those families as well as individuals with special requirements. Several of the units will be wheel chair accessible. Alderman Helene Larocque as Deputy Mayor is pleased to break ground for the Vista Heights affordable housing project. Alderman Helene Larocque as Deputy Mayor, is pleased to break ground with long time resident and land owner (Helen) and project manger (Karen Morgan). Alderman Helene Larocque, as Deputy Mayor, is pleased to speak to the community and celebrate the ground breaking on the Vista Grande housing complex. With the phenomenal growth Calgary is experience more affordable housing units are needed and City Council is committed to building 200 units each year for the next three years. This complex will see 41 new units in the community of Vista Heights that will be much needed homes for many families.
