Alderman Helene Larocque is pleased to attend the ribbon cutting of the Emergency Medical Assistance Task Force (EMAT) which involves the management, planning and coordination of staff, vehicles and equipment during a major disaster situation. The program includes a mobile rescue command unit (MRCU), and a series of temporary structures for use as patient triage and treatment facilities for managing mass casualty incidents.
