Alderman Helene Larocque was pleased to be present at the NECCS' First Annual Golf Tournament. Alderman Larocque was pleased to be a platinum sponsor at this event, providing the NECCS with $1500.00 of her Ward allotment of Council Strategic Initiatives Funding.
