Alderman Helene Larocque was pleased to be invited to the Deshmesh Cultural Centre to speak about the important role seniors play on our society. She was also introduced to the Sikh religion and culture. Alderman Helene Larocque was thrilled to be part of the audience, listening to community leaders talk about the Sikh religion, and culture. Alderman Helene Larocque was introduced to the audience by Deshmesh Cultural Centre Representative and Ward 3 Constituent Assistant Shaminder Parmar. Alderman Helene Larocque was pleased to talk about various initiatives in Ward 3 that benefit all constituents and highlighted previous accomplishments out of her 2006 Ward 3 Annual Report. Deshmesh Cultural Centre leader Harjit Kalirai translates Alderman Helene Larocque's message in Punjabi to the Punjabi speaking audience.
