Alderman Helene Larocque was pleased to facilitate the relocation of the Country Hills Recycling Depot to a location that will address the needs of the Northern Hills Communities. The previous location was so well used a much needed larger location was needed. Alderman Helene Larocque is joined by members and their families of the Northern Hills Community Association and City Administration.
